Management Analyst / Business Analyst (In Finance) :

The Business Analyst/Management Analyst will help drive the completion of Business Analysis, Business and Functional Requirement Documentation, and Testing to support the successful implementation and delivery of projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with Business/Product/Operation groups and end users to define business,systems, and operations requirements.
  • Work with key business and technology stakeholders to help them understand theavailable feature/functions, and to identify gaps with their needs.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders are involved in Pre studies and definition phases and that alltasks required implementing a solution are identified in the project plans submitted for approval.
  • Develop and review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and get approvals from all stakeholders.
  • Draw charts and graphs, using computer spreadsheets, to illustrate technical reports.
  • Inform investment decisions by analyzing financial information to forecast business,industry, or economic conditions.
  • Monitor developments in the fields of industrial technology, business, finance, and economic theory.
  • Interpret data on price, yield, stability, future investment-risk trends, economic influences,and other factors affecting investment programs.
  • Monitor fundamental economic, industrial, and corporate developments by analyzinginformation from financial publications and services, investment banking firms, governmentagencies, trade publications, company sources, or personal interviews.
  • Ensure that high-level business requirements have been decomposed properly into useable functional requirements, Mapping of business requirements to functional flow and Home About Us Clients Credentials Careers Services Training News Events Blog Contact useable functional requirements, Mapping of business requirements to functional flow and develop/review Functional Requirements Documents, data/message flow diagrams that meet all business requirements.
  • Develop test plans, working with in house and UAT team that will ensure business requirements have been met.
  • Create test scripts including specific test cases and expected results.
  • Balance the needs and foster a relationship between the business and the technology areas.
  • Assist in the organization and delivery of presentations as required.
  • Create flow diagrams of system or process representation.

Candidate must have following base skill sets:

  • BA/BS degree or Masters/MBA in Finance.
  • Or, Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in analysis, design and implementation on successfully implemented projects in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of Computers and Software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio.

Business Analyst/ Management Analyst (E-commerce) :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis, design and implementation experience for support systems in the Ecommerce Industry.
  • Expertise in enterprise product catalog implementations on large scale and complex integration with legacy systems.
  • Solid understanding of product catalog definition use.
  • Familiarity with the product data elements, their use in definition across systems and their relationships to one another, as well as product and data modeling.
  • Gather and organize information on problems or procedures.
  • Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
  • Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
  • An understanding of the global use of product data to assist in defining a strategic implementation roadmap that best leverages the benefits of a centralized product catalog, alleviate pain points, prioritize adoption with consideration to minimize business impacts and mitigate risks to our operation.
  • Experience in software development, software design or business process design (example: process modeling, use case analysis, etc.) and implementation preferred.
  • Experience creating Impact Assessment documents is preferred.
  • Experience in Systems Analysis of medium to large-scale projects with multiple functional components.
  • 2/3 years minimum experience with a formal SDLC preferred.
  • Experience developing business solutions with a variety of tools preferred.
  • Expertise in cross functional leadership experience preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Must have proven track record of previous healthcare projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers, software engineers, etc. to interview, research, analyze, and derive business, functional, and non- functional requirements for products.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Contribute, as required, to the 'look' and 'feel' of the product including screen design, online text, and/or graphical user interface 'GUI' consistent with company standards.
  • Participate in the design and testing phases, including design and testing of prototypes and orchestration and sign-off on acceptance test results to ensure design integrity.
  • Experience defining requirements or designing data focused or analytical applications a huge plus.
  • Health care industry software design experience or product management experience a plus.
  • Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with program.
  • Review forms and reports and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements.
  • Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used.

  • Document business requirements and business process flow that help MIS teams to develop software for the required functions.
  • Provide comprehensive consultation to business units and IT to ensure that functional/design specifications, user acceptance testing and application training strategies meet defined business needs.
  • Experience with Agile, iterative development methodologies or consumer facing application development is highly desirable.

Qualification:
